How did the Wùo Tai germinate?

A desire to bridge between my profession of osteopath and the yoga that bathed my childhood. A desire that everything is held on a gesture, exploring both the mechanics and the sense of movement, with the will to exercise this activity on the ground.

It is the result of many different practices, trips to the four corners of the world and encounters with rich and diverse characters.

A hodgepodge of old and new, the Wuo Tai mixes cultures from China to the west, without any particular philosophical context.

Free from early therapy, the practitioner dimension came to be grafted later with the “Fascial meridians”.

Wuo Tai can be therapeutic without being a therapist, at the border between efficacy and wellbeing.

What are the basics of this practice?

On an anatomical and embryology reality, the Wuo Tai is part of the neutrality and freedom of the myriads of tissues composing our being. The construction of the sequences is based on both deterministic and random systems, on a frame of the Yi Jing that goes back to the dawn of Chinese civilization. It adapts from the densest tissues (bones) to the lightest, through the vibratory.
It is located between all the systems of the body of today and yesterday. He remains faithful to yoga, osteopathy and internal martial arts. It pushes the limits of the field of action of disciplines to two. It is the link between all known techniques and also the starting point and pivot of an adventure encompassing everything that is and what is not… It opens the curves of being.
Any movement involves fascias (supporting fabrics) carrying all structures. So we can say that the Wuo Tai allows to work on the being through its retaining tissues, its organs, its functions.
